Banana Bread Recipe

Baking banana bread brings best results when the banana(s) is (are) black. Don't throw them away, I promise they will be worth the wait.

Here's my best banana bread recipe, for free:

• 3 black (ripe) bananas (mash before mixing with other items)
  
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup (150 grams) white sugar
• 1/2 cup (118mL) vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup (56g) greek yogurt
• 2 1/4 cups (270g) flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• Sprinkle of salt

Bake all this, mixed, at 350F (180C) for 20-40 minutes. Keep a nose out for it.

• 100% combed cotton
• Relaxed fit
• Cropped length
• Ribbed crew neck
• Dropped shoulders
• Side-seamed construction
• Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
• Double-needle hems
• Preshrunk
